IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No, for embroidery you can do any number of items you want.

WHY IS EMBROIDERY MORE EXPENSIVE THE FIRST TIME AROUND?
In order to embroider anything, we need a digitized file. A digitized file tells the embroidery machine where to put stitches and when to switch thread colors in order to create your logo or text. It is a one-time process and the cost is added on to the cost of your first embroidery order. The good news: once it's done & paid for you never have to do it again. The only time you will not need a file digitized is if you are using only text and can use a font that the embroiderer already has on file.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES BASED ON?
Our prices are based off the cost of the item you are getting digitized, the cost of embroidery for each item, and the number of items being embroidered. Also, there is a one-time digitizing fee that will be added if it is the first time you are getting embroidery from us. The digitizing fee is based on the number of stitches in the design.

I'VE DONE MY OWN ART. WHAT FILE TYPE DO YOU NEED?
For embroidery, we'd prefer a vector (.ai or .eps) file, but we can also work with .jpgs if need be.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
We have a minimum of a 2-week turnaround time.

HOW MANY COLORS CAN I USE?
For embroidery we can use up to 8 colors per design.

WHAT KINDS OF SHIRTS CAN I GET?
Almost anything and everything you could think of. Our main vendors are San Mar, ACC, Virginia T's, S&S and Carolina Made. Feel free to visit their sites to look at different shirt options.
